Later he was a civilian police advisor attached to any Army Military Police unit in Mosul\, Iraq and was also a police advisor in Herat\, Afghanistan. The program will also include the North Buncombe High School Navy Junior ROTC\, the Weaverville Police Department Rifle Squad\, the Weaverville Fire Department playing taps\, and Howard Dusenbery on the bagpipe.
